Q: Are you fully mobile?
A: Yes we carry all our own water, equipment and can provide our own electricity.
Q: Which products do you use?
A: We use a full range of professional products from Autosmart, one of the worlds leading suppliers in automotive care products.
Q: Will I have a problem with water drainage?
A: No, using specialist techniques we only use approximately 10 litres of water for each vehicle.
Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
A: No, but we are grateful to receive as much notice as possible to enable us to offer as fuller service as possible to our customers.
Q: How long will my seats take to dry?
A: The equipment we use removes the majority of the water. During warm weather seats take about 45 minutes to dry. In colder weather it can take a little longer. We can leave protective seat covers if required.
Q: How long does a full valet take?
A: Between 3 and 3 ½ hours.
Q: Can you remove scratches?
A: Yes, we can polish out fine surface scratches but would recommend you contact a specialist for deeper scratches.
Q: Do I get a guarantee with my paint protection package?
A: Yes, you will receive a certificate guaranteeing this work for 3 years
Q: What if I want something a bit different to what I see on your menu?
A: We offer a complete tailor made service. We can do as little or as much as you want us to.
Q: Do you just valet cars?
A: No we can valet almost anything, including vans, trucks, lorries, static and touring caravans, horse boxes, motor homes and boats. If it's dirty we will clean it !!
